Damper

Damper continuously bleeds off excessive internal air pressure to maintain a safe positive air pressure.

It automatically discharges any sudden surge of incoming gas and protecting against accidental negative pressure by functioning as a check valve. As a result, it can ensure that neither polluted air nor contaminants will enter the clean area in the event of a momentary negative pressure.

The Damper allows for a simple way of room side adjustment of the clean room positive air pressure.
